The helicopter’s been refuelled and a 1965 Chevrolet Impala convertible trundles down the road. Beautiful models in designer clothes snog each other and laugh about everything (maybe after hearing that joke: ‘what’s eight-foot long and smells of wee?) – yes, it’s the tourist board’s advert about visiting Andalucia.
Beginning with a view of the Alhambra in Granada, there are empty beaches, a newly-bought guitar chucked in the back seat of a car to collect flies, one of those model-who-can’t-play-the-guitar-judging-by-their-hand-position shots, and selfies on a golf course. There’s a glimpse of some Sierra Nevada skiing and, of course, Ronda – seemingly the epicentre of Andalucia – and even someone drunk and asleep in a hammock as the tide comes in.
It’s a great promo film and should tempt even the most stubborn traveller to visit beautiful Andalucia. And it’s only 1 minute long.
Seeing as Órgiva didn’t get a look in, here’s a promo film about it – from a helicopter (no kissing involved).

She really can’t play that guitar 🙂 Gorgeous vid though – does the job! 🙂
Think it might be D major. Jimi would be proud.
Looks more like she’s resting her palm on the strings 😉
Possibly – and did you spot those balls of wool surrounding her?
She knits and plays the guitar? What a woman ;
OH LOLZS, where the hell did they find those empty beaches??? Lovely marketing though, proud to live here! 😉
Probably parked the helicopter on the beach and set the dogs on people…
I absolutely love the video!
